We want you to love your Malka London crown. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our returns policy below — and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

Our Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your crown must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Free from perfume, makeup or any other marks
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, crowns that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Return Your Order

  • Email us at hello@malkalondon.com with your order number and reason for return
  • We'll confirm your return request within 2 business days
  • Pack your crown securely and send it to the address we provide
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service — Malka London is not responsible for returns lost in transit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We'd love to help. Contact us at hello@malkalondon.com and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@malkalondon.com with a photo of the issue. In this case, return shipping will be covered by Malka London and a full refund or replacement will be arranged.

Limited Edition Items

Limited edition crowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please choose carefully — and check our size guide before ordering.
